Are there any email submit cpa offers that only require an email address for conversion?

Hi guys, I have some experience promoting sweepstakes cpa offers (ie email submit offers).

The one's I'm promoting right now require an email, phone, home address and gender in order to be counted as a conversion.

Are there any email submits that only require an email?

I'm a member of ClickDealer CPA network and they have offers that say "pixel fires on email submit."

What does this mean?

    This is from Post Affiliate Pro - " A fired pixel is an expression, which means that the click ID was generated. Click ID is created when a future client clicks on an affiliate link. "

    Also, from Yahoo Developer Network - "The Pixel Fires report lets you track pixel fires for conversion pixels and retargeting pixels."

    I'm not sure if that helps explain your problem if not. Have you considered reaching out to Click Dealer if you haven't already?
