My website is constantly decreasing

For few weeks ago my website is constantly decreasing in search position. I lost keywords and is gooooing down.
Although it is well rated on several on page and off page seo verification software that I have tried.

I don't know where to start or what to check to bring it back in the searches

    My suggestion is Maintain quality content,when compared with your competitors.
    Use updated content,as we know google feels on updated content.Get back links from authoritative sites,which would increase traffic to your site,gain in organic searches,increases domain authority and also increases credibility of your site.
