URL's discovered not indexed

Google discovers the URLs from the site but does not index them.

They are not blocked, they are in the sitemap.

Lets say i have URL named A with two products 1 and 2.

"A" url is generated by a tag (in my case printer model) .

1 and 2 have toner cartridges inside this A's URL.

Google choose to index A not 1 and 2 url's.

What can i modify to be indexed products 1 and 2?

Generally speaking, Google does not waste bandwidth on pages it does not consider worthy of indexing. Quite often, the pages they do not index are duplicates of other pages that they are indexing (i.e. exact copies of the text on another website, which happens a lot on product pages where people just copy and paste the text from another site).

Try improving the pages to make them worth indexing.
