Where can I find people who have lists and websites targeted to Mothers, Educators, etc?

Hi all,

I have a children's book that is being published now and should be release, according to the publisher, this Fall.

I would like to find affiliates to sell this book, but am unsure about how to go about this.

Where can I find people who have lists and websites targeted to Mothers, Educators, etc. to be affilliates for my children's books and CD's?

And can I get away without a sales funnel or is that absolutely necessary?

Thanks Maddy27! I wonder if I could find someone on Fiverr or some site to do this for me (research and find affiliates)... your thoughts on this?

I am working full-time, writing my brains out, trying to market as much as I know how, and doing speaking engagements...the thought of this puts me into 'tilt' mode, LOL!

Well i think facebook ads its a good idea as you can target specific people related to your audience like : mothers ,teachers ,age etc
Plus you can build an atrcative video to engage affiliates in this niche

      Thanks Larisa,

You mentioned 'joining subsidiary organizations'...do you have the names of some you would recommend for what I am doing?

If you want to consider selling your book directly instead of through affiliates, you could join groups on social media that cater to mothers, educators, etc.

If you join Quora, you can include hyperlinks in your 'about' information that could either be a direct link to your book, or to your website. Look for groups (called spaces) for mothers, educators and authors.

You also might like to join some author groups on social media to see how they are marketing their books.
