How Do I Make My Keywords Indexed

I tried link building method to index my keywords and it is not worked. I created links from Google stacking, Wordpress and blogger posts, Linkedin Pulse and Google site shares, Social Bookmarking, Social profiles and much more. But after creating 1000+ links i got only 20 links indexed and other links are not yet indexed.

From Jan i created the whole links and still the indexed links were very less. I tried Onehourindexing tool also. Still not able to index my links.

Also we changed the entire website and that reflected in huge drop of indexed pages and impressions. Because of that my website dropped its keyword positions too and it is not coming to even top 100.

So suggest me any methods i can follow to make my keywords indexed and pull up my website ranking high

Google indexes pages, not keywords, so I assume you mean pages.

If you've made changes recently, waiting is all you may have to do.

If you change the url or pages, those pages lose all their backlinks, unless you did a 301 redirect. Did you?

If not, go do it now.

If yes, there was a major update recently, which may have affected you temporarily or permanently.

Here's the link to SEO Journal's article on the update, check it out:

To improve keyword indexing, focus on quality content creation, optimize on-page elements, acquire authoritative backlinks, submit sitemaps, monitor website health, leverage social media, and remain patient and persistent in your SEO efforts.

Do Social bookmarks and social sharing on authority sites. Generate traffic and create more quality backlinks your keywords will be indexed for your website.

I don't know what you mean by "keyword indexing", because the statement makes no sense.
But seeing that you also mention "backlink indexing", and Onehourindexing, an automated service that indexes and pings your backlinks, I assume that you mean the indexing of backlinks.

Google generally indexes the pages that it thinks will be useful to searchers.
Seeing that your links are not indexed, I assume that they were placed on low quality pages, which Google is not interested in indexing.

The links were placed on popular platforms, but the page matters, and on these platforms there are pages filled with SPAM, which leads to almost 0 chance of being indexed.

You also need to check if the pages do not have the Noindex Metatag, which prohibits Google bots from accessing the pages.

I worked with webdruids.com in creating backlinks for my sites, and they also took care of them being indexed.

For new sites that have no history or trust it naturally takes Google time to discover, crawl, trust and index them because it's obviously not a priority for them.

And whilst adding your links to things like social bookmarking sites and social media etc might help Google discover and crawl your website faster (I think it's a good practice for a new site as you need to do everything you can to let Google find it) these links won't do anything to help you rank on page 1.

The reason being is that ANYONE can gain these links and they are no-follow typically meaning Google doesn't give them much weight when it comes to ranking factors.

Indexing Services might help, but I've heard most do very little. IndexMeNow is the one I've seen a case study that when tested actually worked - though I haven't used it myself to personally vouch for it.

If you want to rank on page 1 you need links from relevant sites in your niche and higher authority sites.

Other means to help with Indexing issues...

    - Use RankMaths "instant indexing".
    - Manually submit URLs in Google Search Console.
    - Submitting URLs to Bing Webmaster Tools (some sites can get lots of traffic from Bing whilst getting very little from Google so don't ignore it).
    - Guest post on other relevant sites in your niche and link back to your own content.

Also, you mention "we changed the entire website and that reflected in huge drop of indexed pages and impressions. Because of that my website dropped its keyword positions too and it is not coming to even top 100" so what exactly did you do and why?

This may be a big factor in things. If you changed the domain, site structure, or URLs then this will cause issues with Google indexing and ranking.
