where to get a company entity?

We wanted to check if there is an option somewhere in the world that we can get a kind of

- company account
- company entity

that we can just do jobs, i.e.

- finding vendors and paying them through this entity
- and getting paid by client through this entity

    Whatever your vague hypothetical question is supposedly about,
    I think that you are probably overcomplicating things.

    Learn how to set up a business, a bank account, or a website.

    If you have anything that's more complicated than that, you need
    to read a book, take a business course, hire a lawyer or maybe
    a consultant who can explain things to you.

    You can do this with anything. Let's say Amazon. Get account and account username . Hire other people to promote products and pay them a percentage of each sale as a commission

      thank you for your answer. We have had a gmbh entity before but find it so expensive.

      Do you have any suggestion where we can register a business but is cheaper?

        Most people here don't know what a GMBH is.

        If you have legal questions about establishing a business
        in Germany, then you need to contact an attorney or some
        official who can answer your concerns there in Germany.

          Do you have any suggestion if there is a country with super low operating costs, we want to open up a company and bank account in this country.

          We are looking for a company structure with very low operating costs. Because of our nature of business (industry), we only need a task management system and a bank account and messenger services (like email, whatsapp and wechat). This because we are doing vendor management and payment services.

            Why don't you just start an online business, since that is
            what this forum is all about - Internet Marketing.

            There is a low cost country in which to start a business,
            but telling you about it would probably be considered as
            insulting, so I won't.

            Look at the world map, locate a third world country, and
            take your pick.

    If you have a business that does not produce enough income to OPERATE as a legal business in your country - perhaps you need to re-evaluate the business itself.


    Yes, you could find a cheap third world country - but you will find many customers avoid buying from those locations for good reason. As for countries similar to your own...they will have requirements for opening bank accts, and licensing and taxes that you might not want to deal with.
