Who are you targeting? For example, I ride dirt bikes and I have bought a lot of print-on-demand shirt from vendors in the desert.

Pick your niche and then build up the brand on Instagram (or whichever platform is best for your niche, if its business do LinkedIn), post pics of people wearing your shirts, do contests with accounts that are in your niche and have a lot of followers. Offer them free shirts and get other relevant people in on the contest to make the pot sweeter/bigger. To enter the contest they must like, share and comment on the contest post and also follow all of the account contributing to the contest. I've had great success with this method for myself and a few clients. Have picture submission contests too. Like show you wearing our shirt doing X and the winner will get 5 free shirts, or a gift card etc...

I also created a shirt brand for a little while. We got up to 9000 followers on IG and sold around 2k shirts before my partner and I had a falling out and it fell apart. Nothing crazy but it showed me that it can work.

You can also offer discount if people follow you and share pics.

There are other things you could do too. Let me know your target niche and I'll try to give you more ideas.

You have to learn about marketing for whatever you are
creating, but before you do all of that, you need to make
sure that your t-shirts are interesting to buyers, because
    that category is very saturated.

You can promote on the various social media platforms,
most of them are free but you can also buy ads.

If someone were to tell you to go to one social media or
the other, it might not work so you have to research and
    make those decisions for yourself.

Continue to diversify your designs on the different POD
platforms, some of them can be integrated with Etsy and
TikTok for example, some of them are marketplaces where
people can buy from your shop on the platform, and try
to get on Amazon's Merch, if you haven't already done
    that.

Also, keep developing additional income streams, don't
    just rely on one thing.

You would have to test so that you can collect data and get feed back from.the market .

I cannot guarantee which 0platform.is going to drive conversion but you might want to test face book ads and also build an email list.to get your feet wet.

You can try promoting your work on IG and TikTok. Make consistent content on these platforms and grow your brand visibility.

Selling new designs can be risky because it's not a winning product yet.

One of the things that I've learned about dropshipping from China using Aliexpress is that you want to pick a product that already has a lot of sales from other sellers.

If your tshirt design is new, there's no guarantee it will sell. I'm not saying it can't, but selling new designs has a higher failure rate.

When I sell funny coffee mugs on Facebook, I look at mugs that have sold well on Amazon. I use a free sales estimator from JungleScout. One of the mugs I'm selling right now on Facebook is inspired by a mug that has over 6000 monthly sales on Amazon. There's demand for the mug.

    Just my two cents.

    Good luck.

I think knowing your audience and creating what they like will help. Where do they gather? How do you get set up there?
