Do I need a business license to sell products online in GA?

Can't seem to find a quick straight answer for selling digital products online or merch through a Shopify store, whether or not I need to obtain a business license in the beginning or wait to make sales?

    Well, you'll certainly need one when you start making sales.

    Also, unless you are in a certain handful of states that do not charge sales tax on anything, you may or may not need a sales tax resale certificate as well (and remit the collected sales tax to your state or any state where you have a sales tax nexus).
