Will this simple method work for a beginner in 2024?

So could it me as simple as finding a clickbank product with medium gravity and use the landing pages and the data provided on the affiliate page on a cheap domain and hosting to run ads on google, meta, youtube and other ad networks? maybe throw a squeeze page to collect emails? where will I run into a snag? Haven't these provided affiliate tools been split tested and proven? What kind of budget do I need? I'm willing to put in the OT at my 9 to 5 to save up a ad spend budget if I can and if that's what it takes. Seems to simple and like maybe it would have worked 20 years ago but not today, am I wrong?

Well this its like an old clasic method that will work for many years
The thing its like other things this one became also competitive and its more harder than in the past
It will work for sure but dont expect to be easy as this its also like a process and you must find your way
You can spend thousands until you will find the breaking point but i think majority of succesful marketars who make real money are using paid traffic

It's possible that method could work in 2024, but its difficult for various reasons.

    1. The CPC for paid ads is higher than it used to be.

    2. The ad networks are unreliable and can suspend your account for any reason without any recourse or explanation. Recently, MS Ads has suspended a lot of people's accounts even ones where people have never run a campaign.

    3. It's difficult to find good quality products that have a good payout. To make an ROI with paid traffic it requires having a good product that has a good payout especially if you are bidding on general keywords.

Whether the affiliate tools have been split tested depends on the product. An older established product is more likely to have been split tested than a new product.

The budget you need depends on what you are promoting. But you need to test, so at least $500 is required as an estimate.

Yes, this is the correct basic setup.

I would strongly recommend putting that squeeze page in front, as you'll want to capture any traffic that you paid for. You'll also then be able to follow up with the people a couple times which will improve your sales.

The one thing I would change, is buying ads on Google & Meta. As others have said, the cost per click has gone up substantially.

I am finding much cheaper clicks on X (Twitter) and Taboola these days.

Internet marketing is competitive. Just about any method you can think of for promoting Clickbank offers has been well exhausted. Focus on building a list and build squeeze pages, also figure out how to provide value upfront.

You've got the basic concept down to a T.

A high converting offer + capture leads to build an email list + targeted traffic = a good strategy.

In my opinion, the specifics like Click Bank and Mainstream Paid Ads may not be the best options for a beginner.

It's probably faster and easier to pick a good product, build your landing page to collect emails and then use Solo Ads.

Solo Ads will cost a little more on the front end but you'll cut a ton of time and learning out of the equation.

As long as you get your foundations set right eg; Landing Pages & Email Followup Sequence in place then you can start filling up your pipeline pretty quick.

There are a few things to consider. Even if affiliate tools are tested, you need to personalize your approach. Generic landing pages might not convert well without tweaks. For budget, you'll need at least $500 to $1000 to start with ads, but this can vary depending on the niche and competition.

I can tell that your new but that won't work. You know why? Because it's not the product it's the traffic.

Even if you get the best product that gets 100% conversion rate.

How many visitors can you drive to any target page on the internet?
better yet, can you drive traffic to a local business?

You could probably do better if you find a local business and drive traffic to them for a referral fee.

Think about it that way, then you'll understand... hopefully.

So you're saying my ad CTR is going to be to low / CPC to high? Can't I just mimic other long running ads? I mean someone is making money with facebook ads leading to CB offers or there wouldn't be ads that run for a long period of time right? Are those people seemingly able to make money by running these ads somehow able to close the door to new people doing it? if so, how? is it just because their ads and landing pages are so refined? Which leads me back to the question, can't one just mimic them?

What's your ad spend & typical ROI? Been promoting pop ads but have been failing. Watching lots of VSL content and I think it's something that I could pull off.

Everything is possible. Nothing is really dead but.. you will have to add your very own twist to whatever is working. If you have money, you can hire trained Virtual Assistants to do most of the SEO and compliment it with paid ads. Otherwise, you will need a lot of sweat equuty and plenty of time.

Consider selecting multiple products, with multiple squeeze pages, split testing the conversions, and building a brand out of the website.
