What is more important: social media content or blog content.

Hey everyone,

I have started a blog about nutrition and fitness. I have recently started to post on social media too. I'm trying to get out 1 article per week and 2 pieces of content on social media. (videos, I need to edit, so time consuming.) Which do you think is more important to focus on?

Thanks!

You should stop comparing which method is more important and do both.

The days of doing one thing and getting results are over.

Figure out how to spend less time on your videos.

And make use of AI tools for as much of your work as possible.

Hi, I am thinking trying to come out with 1 article each week but good quality. I'll try to get quicker at video editing and maybe I should start on tictok? Most of my followers only watch for a few seconds. I also post on my personal account too as I don't have any traffic on my business profile.

        Hi Jack!

Your blog looks fantastic, I don't remember if I
told you that before. You are doing a great job.

Posting once or twice a week is good, do whatever
you can, just make sure that you are consistent.

A content calendar might work for you, if you aren't
        already using one.

I develop longer videos because they are intended
to be educational, but there are apps that will take
your full-length video and turn it into several shorts.

These apps usually cost a few dollars but they are
worth it because of the time they save.

You can then post the shorts to different platforms
but I recommend YouTube as it could become an
        additional income stream for you.

It takes a few minutes to set up your channel with
the header, etc., but it is worth it.

I use Canva for most of my graphics they have a
free version and it's really easy to use.

            That is great.

I use Canva for YouTube banner images and thumbnails
for my videos. You can use it for other things also.

I like it because I can easily copy and overwrite graphics
that were available on Canva or ones I created myself,
so there's no need to start from scratch each time I need
            a new graphic.

I have used Canva for years, there are YouTubes about
it and there are tutorials on the Canva site as well.

I don't make shorts but you can google "youtube shorts
maker" to find what I described.

So I just posted on youtube. Maybe a combination of youtube, blogging and social media posts will work well. Lets give it a shot!

Both are important which means you should be posting on your social pages to build awareness and aso a blog .

Blogging is going to allow you to drive traffic and build a community which makes you more independent and less dependent upon social media platforms .

I post on both personal and business. Very time consuming along with video editing. Would you recommend? Maybe tiktok?

Maybe I should try tiktok? I already post on fb, insta with both my personal and business accounts since I don't have traffic on my business yet. It's very time consuming along with the editing.

  • When it comes to advertising. You should focus on content (image and text), video,... The best way is change it every time and test it with low budget first. Of course you have to have a good product first. Then all the technique will do its job.

    Both are actually important

You need to write content on your site to keep it updated as well as you will need to share it on social media for promotion.

However i would recommend the first one which is writing content for your site and targeting Keywords.. That rocks better than the duo

Hi! Focus on the quality of your blog articles, as they are the foundation of your content. Social media can help drive traffic to your blog, but the main emphasis should be on creating useful and high-quality content.
