Seeking Advice on Finding Digital Products to Sell as a Beginner

Hello Warrior Forum Community,

I hope this message finds you well.

I'm new to the world of digital products and am looking to get started with selling them online. I would greatly appreciate any advice or recommendations you could offer on where to find high-quality digital products to sell.

Specifically, I'm interested in:

Reliable Sources: Where can I find reputable suppliers or marketplaces for digital products? Are there any platforms or websites that you recommend for purchasing or licensing digital products?

Product Types: What types of digital products are currently in demand or have the potential for high profitability?

Best Practices: Any tips on how to evaluate and choose the right products, negotiate with suppliers, or manage digital product sales effectively?

Your insights and experiences would be incredibly valuable to me as I start this journey. Thank you in advance for your help!

Best regards,

    Best regards,

There are hundreds of digital products.

What are you planning to sell?

    Forms, ebooks, architectural blueprints, courses?

If you are new to this industry, then you need to take
the time to educate yourself, just as you would when
    starting any other business.

I would recommend that you go to Amazon and search
for books on the topic of "selling digital products" and
    take it from there.

You can also watch YouTubes and ask ChatGPT,
which can answer your questions with specificity.

      Thank you for your response!

I appreciate the insight. I'm actually interested in selling keys and subscriptions for various internet applications (like software subscriptions or digital services).

Do you have any recommendations on where I could source these types of products, or platforms that specialize in selling software keys and subscriptions?

      Thanks again for your help!

You probably need to be licensed to do that so you would
contact manufacturers. Use Google to find them.

But companies aren't just going to allow you to sell keys
to their software with no experience, website, or traffic.

You should read a book and research like I suggested.

And try to find something that is easy to get into so that
you will have a better chance at success.

I don't understand why newbies always overcomplicate
        things for themselves.

You could become an affiliate for Appsumo. The commission rate is low but they sell a heck of a lot of software products.

Hi, online digital marketing is a HUGE arena and there is no single platform (that I know of) where everything this all available in one place. However, to begin with, I'd suggest checking out the following three; Clickbank, Warrior Plus and JVZoo (just google the names for details. Clickbank has a huge range of products available but covers a so much other than digital products. Main upside is that if you wish to sell a Clickbank product you do not need to ask for approval. The other two, JVZoo and Warrior Plus seem to be much more focused on digital products so they may offer you more scope to begin with. I hope this help and if I can help further please feel free to let me know.

A digital product ROI totally depends upon the hype and location of target audience. Try to do some research to get in depth knowledge regarding the right digital products.

Hello and welcome to the Warrior Forum Community! It's great to see your enthusiasm for entering the digital product space. For reliable sources, consider platforms like Gumroad, Etsy, or Creative Market, which offer a variety of digital products. Websites like Envato Elements and PLR.me provide licensing options for digital goods. In terms of product types, e-books, online courses, printables, and stock photos are currently in demand and can be quite profitable. To evaluate and choose the right products, research market trends and competitors, and look for niches where you can add value. When negotiating with suppliers, ensure clarity on licensing rights and quality standards. Finally, effective management of digital product sales involves setting up a user-friendly website, using email marketing, and leveraging social media to promote your offerings. Good luck on your journey, and feel free to reach out with any more questions! I was feeling overwhelmed with my dissertation, so I turned to oxessays.com/services/dissertation-writing for help. The team was incredibly professional, and the writer assigned to me had a deep understanding of my topic. They guided me through the process and provided valuable insights that enriched my research. The dissertation was delivered on time and was well-structured, which made my submission process much smoother. I can't thank them enough for their support!

Gone there tried that. Tried selling other people products or PLR even subscribed to platforms that charged $100 a month but unfortunately without exception they were either out of date thrashed or both.

Then PPC advertising or Google have a massive book of rules whereby several can destroy your account, and you are typically paying $100 to get $60 back, (best selling products l have found was Earth4Energy solar/wind setups, (may still be around on Clickbank) and Frank Kerns- Millionaire something, (tried that almost a decade ago but some research should find the title).

I also tried to put all of his free videos on YT together as a subscription model that worked at least til l told him about it and he pulled most of them.

I am sharing all my best kept secrets here as l only deal with the Stockmarket now so don't really care if l give it all away.

E4E typically made me $60 per $100 invested or a $40 loss the Frank Kern E-book which was a scaled down version of his course less.

Then l tried creating my own product, (team of programmers and team of affiliate's which made them a lot and me virtually nothing which could have been something if scammers didn't steal my product).

You may be beginning to realize this isn't easy, or you either need a list of buyers or sell something at such a high price point to make a profit.

E4E was the best selling item l could find back then and that bombed. Advertising costs kills you and alternatives even though clever don't work.

I ditched this around 8 years ago, tried a few more things and spent the last 6 with online trading, since it overcomes most other restrictions, but of course it is very difficult otherwise everyone would be rich and no one would work, (have to excuse the poetry re watching Ready Player One).

But a small percentage always find the key but only if they are looking in the right place.

And as Musk has shown when he bought Twitter/X and fired most of the staff, one day abusing power and next on the street, but karma always balances out in the end!

About the only clue l may have got with what you are attempting to do is find a niche with an almost unlimited keyword tally, which l guess means find a niche with a vast database of some kind and maybe you can pull it off.

    Good luck.

    Best regards,
Starting with BEST PRACTICES: it was true in 1974, 2004, and today in 2024...the better of the best practices is to find CUSTOMERS/PROSPECTS FIRST. You are looking for products to sell...

But to who? There is a mountain of evidence that says this is a worst practice, unless you have an unique and different and wanted product. Barring this, if you want to save the time and money we see some Warriors in this thread spent and got nowhere...

It would be in your best interest to find a MARKET, or BUYERS first, and then find the digital product they are already buying. Does this make sense?

EVERY type of digital product can be found to be successful, from information to software to apps, templates and printables.

So save yourself time, money and effort; change your thinking right now, and look for BUYERS first, and then products. What research have you already done on selling keys to software? What do you bring with you to use today?

It is your time. Spend it how you will. But if you want rapid results, begin with ready to buy prospects and then find your products.

You can go to Clickbank and get a product/s from there.

They have many niches you can choose from.

Shopify App Store & Extensions Marketplaces: These can be valuable for app plugins and tools. Quality control is higher, and sellers undergo vetting processes.
Evaluate and Choose Products: Prioritize products with high demand and vendor credibility. Check customer reviews and market trends to gauge reliability and relevance.
