I have a low budget, should I start with a low ticket strategy?

I'm just starting out in digital marketing selling infoproducts but I don't have much of a budget. Do you think it's worth starting with a low ticket strategy?

  • Kay is right, you need a strategy first, what is yours? Back in 2006, I changed strategies and went almost exclusively with LOW ticket OFFERS. My strategy became a once a quarter offer (every 3 months) with two higher (slightly) offers twice a year, in July and at the Christmas holiday season.

    This strategy freed up my time, and although it initially caused an income decline, it became more reliable and efficient and allowed for longer term success.

    Almost all of my low ticket (under 20 bux) info products were instant downloads, and sold via a one page presentation, with a take it or leave it buy now button; an AUTOMATIC PRODUCT VENDING sort of a product. It was a concept taught by Bill Myers pre Y2K.

    A great Warrior, Jim Straw, had his "peanuts on a bar" strategy, where once you whet their thirst, they come back and keep buying over and over.

    When offering low ticket items, you can either go the back end route and try for funnel type upsells, or you can offer complimentary products or a series of them, because as old world marketers know, a customer who buys from you frequently is one of the most valuable ASSETS your business has.

    So, when setting a strategy as a beginner, it may help you to have an end game goal in mind, one thing I've seen here over and over is, some of the successful Warriors become a slave to having to maintain their businesses, and always working to find new customers.

    Now I am a planning nut job here at WF, but your STRATEGY should be set up in a way in which you get to use your best skills, and leverage your time in the direction of your goals.

    I've had some customers for over 25 years who buy every little low ticket item I've ever sold. Are you playing a long game too, or do just want to pocket a lot of moolah quickly? Whatever works for you should become your main strategy, eh?

  • Your budget is irrelevant to the price of your products.

    The problem with selling low ticket items is that you have
    to sell numerous of them in order to be profitable, and that
    is difficult to do unless you have a large following or get on
    a busy marketplace platform.

    It is better to develop a product that can sell for $100+
    this could be a bundle or something that is in demand.

    So you gotta grab each one in yr hand ... test for intrinsic tumeschnwaahl freshness, plus also if WEEVILS bustin' out or nuthin'.

    FFS the store runnin' no 2-for-1 offah, else'n you gotta scramble deepah.

    3-for-1, likely you in gangbang territory.

    Main thing is, tickets grant passage where abscence of tickets does not.

    (Think a zillion dollahs to see Oasis, the ****wits.)

    What is the value of yr ticket?

    Into what secret vestibyool of eternal joosiness do you invite all comers to evidence their desiah to maraud?

    A,small budget can be ideal if you advertise correctly

    Let me Explain .

    You are relatively new which means no one knows, you so you would make more progress reverse engineering the process and warming up the market first.

    As of right now you are marketing to a cold audience and You would need a big budget to get infront of more people to increase your chances of making 1 sale and even then your chances are slim


    At this stage seeing where you are at I don't think that would be feasible or logical .
  • That's the wrong question.You should be asking who's my market and how do I reach them. Or better still, tap into an existing market that's already buying what you want to sell.

    Infoproducts can be any price you choose.


  • Well maybe you can try also free traffic like creating content in your niche .also if you dont have a budget i dont think if you choose a low ticket it will make a diference or at least not so big
