Do you mean the links aren't showing up on Google or in SEO tools as backlinks? If so, have you done basic SEO? The SEO subforum has a lot of information that may be helpful.

If you "created" backlinks, that implies that you, yourself, were able to place them on someone else's website. If so, they are completely ignored by Google as they have been for several years now.

If, instead, you mean that another website made a decision on their own to link to you and those links are not showing up, it an an entirely different story.
