I have a one piece of paper template that can be turned into a small 16 page booket, imagine if you got a few dozen of the 23,000 to license a booket on BIRYANI which they could print on demand and send home with their customers.

Although Pakistani mangoes are hard to come by here, they are known and popular in the Mideast and Eastern Europe so information on those might do well.
