This plugin pulls full-text articles from the RSS and Atom feeds even if they don't provide it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cybersyn/

Some other "free" WordPress plugins may ask you to pay for some "API key" on 3rd-party resources. The CyberSyn plugin will never do that. All the necessary code is included into the plugin distributive whist is built on freeware GPL3 libraries only. So no hidden fees and no catches.
