Ok - I have received an answer which I would like to share with all whom interested :
Hello,Thank you for writing back to us about your account. While I understand your position, Associates aren’t permitted to use certain methods of advertisement to drive traffic to the Amazon site. This includes the use of transitional page advertisements, which are displayed before the user is directed to another site or while the user is viewing sites which include this kind of advertisement.
Here is the portion of the Participation Requirements included in the Operating Agreement which addresses this issue:23. You will not post or serve any Special Links or other content promoting the Amazon Site within any pop-up or pop-under windows, transitional page ads, or layer ads around or in conjunction with the display of any site that is not your site.I have reviewed your account and confirmed that the decision to close your Associates account is final. Because this decision is final, further requests to review your account for reinstatement will not receive a response.
However, if you wish you may reapply to join the Associates Program on the condition you agree to abide by all the terms set forth in the Operating Agreement. I want to be sure you are aware that if you successfully reapply and your new account is found to violate the Operating Agreement, it will be closed without notification.
