I'm sitting in virtualization training right now and I'm bored out of my mind. I've decided to make use of this time by writing my first blog post.

My name is Artemis and I've been watching this forum for several years now. I even eventually created a forum account in 2009. As you can see I don't have many posts.

I've noticed that there are alot of people selling products of how to do this or that on making money on the Internet.

I've briefly taught others in how to make money online from my personal experiences to see if this was something I could do. I taught freely and didn't charge any money, it was just an experiment that I was successful in doing.

I've also bought some products from other people too...

One of the mindblowing things I've discovered is the majority of the people who are selling eBooks or courses don't know what they're talking about because most never even followed their own "teachings". They may hear it from other so-called experts and regurgitate it as if they've been there and done that. Very dissappointing.

I understand the need to convey the appearance of being an authority on certain topics but found it very rare to see someone back up their claims or follow-up with the client or customer to see how their information impacted their business. I think the best way to learn Internet Marketing is to discover things on your own and trying it.

Don't get sucked into buying all these products that guarantee you'll mak money in no time.

Learn, apply, and do it. Learn from your mistakes, refine your process, and keep on doing it. Don't give up and quit. You want the life of not having a boss and being your own boss but the road to get there will actually take alot of hard work and dedication. Anything worth having will take effort on your part.

I've made my money from CPA offers and affiliate marketing way before I even knew there was a WarriorForum. Finding this forum has confirmed that I was not alone and that others are doing the same as me.

I'm still working full time by choice. I'm making more money consulting for big companies performing assessments, datacenter migrations, and a whole host of other things. The only thing thats wearing me out is the travel and being away from my family.

I do plan on increasing my income from the Internet to replace my salary. I know this can and will happen. It's just a matter of time.
