Use all 5000 characters allowed in your description because according to Youtube, “the more words you include in your description, the higher your chances of being discovered by searchers.”
Include the title keywords as well as every primary, secondary and related keyword phrases, but don’t repeat unless necessary to avoid getting banned for spamming. You want your content to sound natural and not look like you're just stuffing keywords.
