For this step you will need an autoresponder service where you can collect and manage your contacts. You will need to create a squeeze page, that will collect your subscribers, and the autoresponder will send a series of email around the offer you are promoting...
However, these tools could be pricy. For a quality pages creator (to create squeeze pages) and autoresponder service, you have to go deep into your pocket. The price for autoresponders usually grow accordingly with your list...
