The problem, authority status can take sometimes to build. However, you can catapult your status into authority almost in a single instance by using quotes. Human mind likes to associate things. From food, advertising to celebrity figure, our mind will constantly associate things.
Take an example of memory. Any fast memory course or speed reading course that you take will harness association principle as a basic principle of the course.
Then how to use the power of association to build your authority status?
Simple, use other authority's quotes in your sales letter, radio talk and TV talk. Use it whenever you can. Subconsciously people will associate the owner of the quotes with you. If you do it long enough people will start perceiving you as authority as well.
