Registered a new domain for flipping

I thought I would dabble in the domain / site flipping arena to see whether there is any money in it for me.
I've registered www.avoid-debt.com in light of the current economic climate. I thought this would be a good topic to cover.
So far, I've setup a basic Wordpress blog on there and added a couple of posts. Nothing more.
That was last week.
Google has now indexed the domain, so that's a great start. Now it's off to find a new theme for it and get it customised with a few plugins.
