    MLM Recruiting Secrets for Success

Thanks Rob. This is good stuff. I'd also like to add:

You don't need to be already a success to in order to recruit. That is why that MLSP is so awesome.

I got to thinking about it and if I am in mlm then what I do needs to be duplicatable.

Like if I was talking about all the money I am making then this would make it very difficult for a new network marketer to do exactly the same.

Using third party tools is truly the way to go.

If you can show people what others have done and how much money other people have made with your company, this is duplicatable.

I used to deceive people to make myself seem more attractive to a prospect. Like I was some superstar or something.

I thought I needed to seem like a super hero in order to recruit network marketers.

In fact I've found the exact opposite is the case.

The more super hero in tights you seem (because you are faking it) the less likely new recruits will join you. People smell inauthenticity, even on line.

If you are a "super hero" then your prospects think they need to be a superstar to get started.

Now when I send out emails I don't talk about me. I used to but I'm not superman yet.

    .

The only thing you want to mention about you is that even if you suck at recruiting like me, even you can do this business because of the third party tools.

Now when I folllow up I show them examples of how other people are achieving success. I definitely don't show my own.

One tip though if you are following up via email. Make your emails interesting, valuable and engaging.

I like to give them stuff that will help them with whatever they are doing. Just like the MLSP you mentioned.

I guess that is why I promote David Wood so much. Because he is good at selling and recruiting.
