Those are called social bookmarking sites. They share interesting websites and pages with other people that might be interested. This site has provided the link so you don't need to look them up if you want to use them.

4. Reports a post to the moderators for doing something wrong such as spam

5. Give the poster a bad mark for doing something wrong. I'm not sure what the happens if they get too many.

You could have posted this in the Main forum. That would have been ok.
