Coupon Marketing: My current project
Currently it is a manual process though the next version (soon) you will be able to add a RSS coupon feed for some automation. You can find coupons with most of the Top affiliate networks such as Commission Junction and Pepperjam. They also offer Coupon RSS feeds.
The script works standalone though has a fantastic backend.

Thanks for listing that tool. Is it a plug in for wordpress, for another CMS, or is it it's own CMS. Also, it looks like you manually have to add in the coupons on the backend into the store.
