Thanks so much for the Time Management article! I think this will solve much of my problem. I, like you, spend "too much time" perusing everything in my e-mail and doing "information gathering" - neither of which is making me any money.

The 50-minutes-on-10-minutes-off approach sounds like something I can incorporate and I'll be doing that starting tomorrow!
