When testing your sales process - what do you test first?

I thought you were on a great roll, until you actually lost focus yourself. Testing the offer is the first thing that should be tested.

Then you lost me here: Then you pick one benefit and sell the hell out of that one benefit in your sales letter; split tested against another benefit perhaps, but you don't go all over the map with what you're trying to sell people on, you hit them with one angle and hammer that one home.

After testing the offer I would definetly test the headline.

Just one benefit? is that all that you would try to sell your customers on? Then split test the benefits? Here is where you really lose me.
    Can you explain?

    Affiliate commisions got you down?

What do I do? This newbie is lost already--I hate Firefox but hate Microsoft more. Can I change my browser and still have all the hard work I'm putting into my website work? Maybe I need browsers for dummies? Thanks to anyone that can clear up the browser question.

Actually I don't really have any idea that Firefox block out cookies but anyhow we could substitute Firefox with Opera browser. It is fast and free. Get it here :

    Affiliate commisions got you down?

I have been using firefox for years, I have add-ons for yahoo and google installed in firefox and I have hundreds of cookies that are tracking my returns to their sites, so obviously I assumed that any cookies I set are also being tracked. Interesting to be told that our visitors are not being tracked if we are using firefox. Perhaps someone who knows what they are doing might contact firefox and ask them if there is another way to make this work. I love firefox and am loth to give it up!

I am looking into some different arbitrage companies and can't seem to find a difference between them and affilate marketing.
