True story:
Back when I was in college in the mid 90's, I was
on this Bulgarian weight lifting plan...and this
diet plan called the Anabolic Diet.
It was basically lots of steak, green eggs and ham during the week
and carbs during the weekend(pizza and ice cream etc).
It was one of the few things that worked even
better than what was promised on the tin.
