I've seen so many video plugins come and go on this very forum and some from the bigger launches.

One of the most important things that all these plugins should have is s video sitemap. Not only just a video sitemap but one that allows you to add a an image to go with it so when it does rank in the search engines they will see your thumbnail and click to your site.

Be warned when using video players that allow you tube videos to be embedded and look professional....
