The most important thing is picking the right products. Get this wrong and your stuffed, or in the least create a lot of unneccesary work. Then you want to use WP blogs with an auto poster, RSS & Ping.

1. Pick a good product - Use Micro Niche Finder
2. Reviewazon Plugin for wordpress
3. RSS + Ping plugins for (built in to WP) but find some of the additional RSS tools here

This would be a good start. You could also consider using the Data feeds from Amazon...

Have 3 profile pictures for your twitter account(s)

Rotate them once a week.

Reasons:
Because when you change your profile picture, twitter will show your avatar as just your username, which stands out in massive twitter lists.

Because it stands out, people click on it to figure out what's going on and hence more people will follow you.
