My single biggest mistake I wish I haven’t done in my online business.

I know this isn’t a topic that interest most people, but I thought it can be really beneficial for some of you.

To be successful you need to accept failure as part of your success, there is no marketer out there who has become successful without going thru at least couple of failures.

So accept it, it won’t happen the easy way.

Why people fear of failure?

It’s totally normal for our brain to not accept a challenge that has a big chance of failure. And that’s why 97% of all people don’t succeed no matter if it is an online business or just a family problem.

People get stuck and then they give up.

Before starting an online business you should have the right mindset because if you don’t, you will more likely fail.

What is the right mindset?

Starting online you should tell to yourself the following things:

1) I won’t give up until I make it.

This was my biggest mistake. Actually I haven’t given up from having an online business even once, I haven’t even thought of that, but what I have done is that I have moved from strategy to strategy multiple times.

A quick example: I have started a service on the Warrior Forum with the idea to earn $500 per month in my first month.

Then this service didn’t convert like expected and as you can guess it, instead of improving the sales letter until I achieve the conversion rate I have set as a goal, I have given up on that idea.

Then I started another project and the same process repeated over and over again.

I get stuck at some point and I give up, and all of this for almost 2 years.

2) I won’t do two things at a time.

This was my biggest mistake. Oops, didn’t I say that already?

Well, multitasking is bad for your online business.

According to Forbes multitasking is even worse than marijuana for your IQ.

You need to stop trying to build a list, promote an offer, build a website and write a blog at the same time.

Better be good at one thing, just one, instead of “knowing everything.”

“I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times” – Bruce Lee.

3) I will set small goals

Setting small goals makes you feel the success. Let your first goal at a project be your first sale, then your second goal be your 5th sale, then your third goal be your 10th sale and so on.

Then set a goal to receive 1 x 5star review per 10 sales, then set a goal of making $30 per day…

You got the point.

You need to start small and then grow.

If you set a goal of 5k per month and you haven’t made even a dime online, then the chance to not achieve that goal would be 99.9%.

And your disappointment will force you to give up.

Just start small and then grow!

Don’t fear of failure, but be smart and avoid failure as much as you can.
