I have been practicing an ancient form of massage and exercise for quite a while. It is known to be very beneficial to those with chronic illness like diabetes, high blood pressure, unknown pain & etc.

I have documented it down in a form of ebook, and think of marketing it for a small sum ... just to cover the expenses incurring from hosting it.

Simple to practise and easy to learn. Is there a way to "protect" it from unethical copying?...
