Did you ever wish you could go, but wanted to stay? Jimmy Durante's song made that line famous. Or, something like that. Anyhoo, with all the commotion in Washington, you gotta believe we just don't know all the facts. A madhouse of politicos running hither and skither , most with a strange vendetta. Most want a Bill to pass in Congress, but to vote "Yea" is political suicide. Strangely, many are trying to get their buddies to approve the measure, but they won't vote for it.

What is the reasoning behind it all? If it doesn't pass, the thinking is that the people with suffer great things. That would lead to election losses. If it passes, the thinking is that the people will think the politician in question is mishandling our precious money. Again, this could lead to loss of re-election. Whats a girl (or guy) to do?

However you view this, at least the fat kats in Washington are having to do something. They are hard at work trying to find a "politically correct solution". And, this time it ain't easy.
