A very detailed rant, and some decent advice to newcomers about the primary objectives of "owning & operating and online business."
Painting the Empty Canvas of the Mind

Part I - "Know Thyself"
Regardless of your age, race, color, creed, financial stature, or academic accomplishments - prepare to arm yourself with some insurmountable knowledge.
Knowledge you can use online and offline.
Knowledge you cannot learn in school, a book, or acquire without a conscious effort.
You see, before you can begin obscuring the purity of an untouched canvas, and begin saturating it with your infinite supply of creativity and collective intelligence - you must first learn to "quiet your mind."
The majority of the answers you seek are already known to you.
You seek out opportunity to express the innermost cravings of who you are, what you desire to become, and do so at the expense of awaiting the approval of others. Sub-consciously you seek the rewards of your efforts by measure of finding comfort in areas such as; finance, friendship, relationships, marriage, children, or through some form of 'feeling' significant.
We're all guilty of this.
We are all seeking the same resolutions to our seemingly endless portrayals of enslavement, courtesy of systematical nature of mankind and the ability to coexist within its societal structure.
From birth you've been influenced, instructed, and told what to & what not to do.
Throughout your lifetime, you have acquired countless bits and pieces of knowledge at the expense of the influences concerning the people, places, and things within your environment.
Yet, you know they cannot sustain you.
Who can give you the answers you seek regarding the delicate interests concerning spiritual beliefs, love, life, death, and of course those hard questions such as;
- How did we get here?
- How will it end?
Life is a series of trails and errors that test our patience, our will to survive, and the outcome is merely a scorekeeper to determine our self-worth, and dedication to sustain an embrace the beauty this world offers.
But, if you feel down or rejected, even used and abused - fear not, there is a solution.
"Quiet your mind" - forget about everything for just a few brief moments. Close your eyes and visualize all that you have achieved, focus on those 'reflections' whereas the air was crisp, the universe was in perfect harmony, and that inner-feeling of freedom and love overwhelmed you.
Stay in that place for 30minutes, even an hour or longer... but, allow yourself to 'receive' the energy and power of positive vibes.
The process I use is as follows:
The purpose is to 'receive' that relaxed state without nodding off, and falling asleep.
If done correctly, the canvas in your mind will reveal an expansive data base, a library of information - only you can access.
You can benefit greatly from these meditation exercises, as it is both therapeutic, relaxing, and can deliver a renewed energy in you like nothing else. *Similar to that feeling during the peak moments of receiving good sex!
However, in time, and with a disciplined effort to reward yourself daily in this 'escape' from fear, worry, and the all-consuming demands of the external world - you will increase your 'internal receptor's' and begin 'visualizing' knowledge without words...
I have experienced several epic moments, out-of-body, and astral traveling revelations that brought me an understanding freedom like nothing else.
The empty canvas of the mind needs these exercises to remove the obscurities that often litter our path, our true calling.
Believe me; if you apply this simple practice, Monet' - Renoir - Picasso - nor Michael Angelo will be able to hold a candle to that which your canvas can reveal.
Of which, I will often light a rich apple cinnamon candle or incense and maybe a low volume music track or sounds of nature... but if these distract the main focal point... of releasing all thought, and letting your mind paint the canvas on autopilot... then stick with what works for you.
In my past 'travels' in the sedative state of meditation, I have received communications from sources words cannot describe. In fact, imagine hearing brilliant conveyances of intelligence - without a single word ever spoken, if you experience this; it will leave you awestruck and elated at the power you possess.
While it takes time to 'connect' and some practice to receive this 'state of mind' - once you do, you will return refreshed, renewed, and all that stress, frustration, and fear will vanish in the clouds in what seems a wisp of a second.
In closing, I encourage you to start practicing this technique.
MAKE THE TIME - EVERYDAY, if even only for 15 minutes... You owe it to yourself, and your spirit is craving that connection... feed it well!
If you tap-into this mindset, time will freeze and does not exist. Words are irrelevant, yet the messages are so extremely detailed; it can take years to translate the experience in the 'sense' of realities ability to embrace them, as the source is endless and infinite.
Stop limiting yourself, and start painting the empty canvas of your mind...
If you learn to do this correctly, you will change your entire perception of the way your view the world and beyond!
Also, you keep a journal, and write down whatever flows from the pen immediately after these explorations. I have returned with knowledge of things that defy my ability to comprehend it! - Writings that didn't make sense until my physical being/reality was ready to accept.
Again, a this is a very simple practice anyone can benefit greatly from applying daily:
See you on the other side my friends... this concludes Part I. - "Know Thyself!"
All the Best,

The process I use is as follows:
- Lay on your back, legs stretched (do not cross you legs), arms to your sides with your palms facing upward
- Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and slow your breathing to a nice steady rhythm, but don't fall asllep, lol
- Once you are comfortable, feeling relaxed, and have a nice slow breathing pattern going
- Let your mind wander... imagine the beach, the waves, the fresh salt air, and really visualize the entire canvas you are painting in your mind (*Obviously, this can be done by your personal preference)
- Avoid distractions, TV, Radio, Kids, or any external source that might break your focus
- Allow each breath to enter through the balls of your feet, and flow through you, releasing that energy through the palms of your hands
- Soon you will feel weightless, and can begin to move around the canvas in your mind
- There are no limits, no boundaries, no fear, no stress, no worries, just pure unadulterated peace & tranquility
- Rinse & Repeat daily for 30 mins - 1 hour
