Honest, Trust Worthy, and Part of this Community

Posted 17th January 2010 at 07:19 PM by bwtech4

I have had fun working my way through Warrior Forum. I have met some very intelligent people and have discussed some pretty heavy topics. I have learned a lot here, as this has been the forum that I have concentrated a large part of my online marketing communications. I have seen the need to introduce myself and let everyone know what I'm about. I am a hard working, very trust worthy website marketer that will only sell and market quality website content that I personally know. I have seen and have...

Newbie's Guide to the Warrior Forum

Posted 8th March 2010 at 01:06 PM by Emily Meeks

The Power of Full Engagement

Posted 28th March 2010 at 01:46 AM by Deepak Media

Here's some of my thoughts from the book "The Power of Full Engagement" by Tony Schwartz. I am writing the action steps here and eliminating theories and case studies.

  • Work for 60 minutes and take rest for 20 minutes - work in rhythms. You will perform more.
  • Take a 20-40 minute nap in the afternoon for better focus @ work during the evening time.
  • Have 7-8 hours of sleep per night for peak performance until your last days.
  • Strength training is as important as cardio

You need to find peace with yourself in order to truly succeed.
Remember to take some time to reflect with yourself, review your goals, accomplishments, needs, thoughts, etc.
Smile, think positively.
Enjoy life, it's too short to pass up, don't get mad or stressed about stuff, just go with the flow and take what's dealt,...
