So, you think that your and entrepreneur and you are ready for affiliate marketing success? Do you have this mindset?

"So, you want me to sign up? Great, I'm ready to do that." That's the mindset of a lot of people out there. If you don't believe that you're not only not ready for affiliate marketing success, you're in the wrong business.

With MOBE it is easy for us to forget that we are in sales because we aren't the ones that have to pick up the phone and talk to people. We have a team that does that for us. But, the fact is, we are still in the sales. We have to sell people on filling out the application so that the sales team has someone to call.

If you are looking forward to your affiliate marketing success, you have to realize that there is a point in what you are doing.

As an entrepreneur you have to be ready to say "yes" to being a salesperson and "yes" to the destination that you have set for yourself. "Yes", I believe that there are a lot of people out there that want to work with me they just have to know that I am here.

Street Creds = Affiliate Marketing Success

You are not going to reach affiliate marketing success by sitting quietly in a room and playing on your computer. You have to get out there and start building up street creds for the things that you do right and for the spectacular set backs that you are going to experience.

This, my friends, is where we make it happen. This action step is where we separate the wannabes from the entrepreneurs, or we can convert them over to the light.

It's not selling people on MOBE that is the most important step that you are going to have to take, it's all about selling people on you.
You let people know who you are by telling them your story. People don't trust the pie in the sky stuff that is put out in abundance. They want to believe that they can escape their pain. The way they are going to feel comfortable with that is to see that you have been there and that you found your way to the affiliate marketing success that they are looking at longingly. Your story helps them to align with you because they can relate to you and to your struggles.

I used to hate telling people how many times I had failed at online marketing before I found any semblance of success. Until, I found that the people that proved I could trust them were not the ones that were out there saying how much money they were making and selling themselves as gurus for additional coaching money from you. I resonated with the ones that said that they struggled and were still having to work hard at their affiliate marketing success. They weren't talking about exotic cars or vacations on the beach. They were talking about putting hard work into their business. That was the person I joined when I decided to go for affiliate marketing one more time and joined MOBE.

I have no problem now in telling people that this is not a slot machine business where you buy into the company and the money starts flowing endlessly into your account.

Just to reiterate this point, you can tell people all about having the money to buy their dream house or that car that they've always wanted and their response is going to be, "That's great...but". See, most people don't make their decisions out of their vision. They make their decisions out of the circumstances that they are currently living in.

When you lead with pain, people pay attention. Then, you follow with empirical data as to why what you are offering will alleviate that pain for them.

The good part about doing it this way is that with your 1 or 2 sales successes, you can compete with the high earners in the business. There's less distance between where they are and their first sale than there is between their current circumstances and the mansion on the hill.

People want to know you so that they can like or trust you. We don't think about that likability factor near as much as we should but it has a strong connection to relatability.

A leader doesn't have to be light years ahead, they can be just one step ahead. Now, you can invite people to walk the path alongside of you. To say "follow me" put you in a place that is consumed by ego and people are less likely to "like" you and believe it or not likability ranks high on who people want to work with.

When you remember that you are in sales and when you ask people to walk with you, they open their hearts and both of you will have the affiliate marketing success that you desire.
