All this talk of finding virtual assistants, I say Ha! Sure virtual assistants are great, but the actual work it takes to get the proper virtual assistant is a very complex task.
Here is what I suggest. Why don't you create a method that will allow your VA to produce the results that you expect? Break it down so that the process is so simple that a 4 year old can do the work, and you don't have to worry about the work quality or something being missed.
I'm starting work on a product that will outline exactly what and how you should go about doing this, so that you can distribute your work load to a resource, and get the expected results.
I know setting this stuff is difficult at first, but after I complete my guide, you will be able to create your own tools that you can release into the world, and provide those to your VA, and have your work submitted just the way you expect. (maybe I'm over-hyping it ... but the thing is that anyone can do this, you just need patience).
