Zeenoposter and backlinks

I haven't posted for a while because I've been working hard at getting this zennoposter thing to work.
After a lot of effort I think that I'm finally starting to see results. I can now post automatically to 8 sites. I have to say though that it wasn't simple to achieve. I feel like I've had to fight every step of the way to get it to work and frankly if I didn't know how to program and build websites I think I'd have given up a long time ago.
So my personal strategy here is not really all about backlinking. That's a nice aside, instead it's about building up material on the web related to my niche - Christian websites. Might not be your thing but it is mine.
My aim is to use the backlinking techniques to build up a sites around the web that talk about all things Christian. Whilst I might and I stress might get some benefit from any backlinks that's not my aim.
However for all you backlinkers out there I can confirm without any doubt that you can set Zennoposter up to do all the things it claims. It'll log you into sites and post to them etc.
However I'd leave you with a thought before you part with your money. I'm an experienced programmer and website builder and it's taken me a good long while to get it to work and work smoothly. It has not been an easy journey. I persevered because I wanted to report the results here on my blog - as I've already said it ain't for the backlinks.
I counted up the hours I've spent so far and I reckon that I could have created and added twice (at least) the number of articles I have by doing the process manually. Moreover the manual process would have provided a better looking result.
Secondly during the process I've noticed that many of the backlinks I have are from others syndicating my articles. They take them from Ezine articles or similar and publish them with backlinks.
So my advice to you is unless you know what you are doing don't go for UBOT, ZP or any similar product, you'll end up frustrated and annoyed. Instead put up interesting articles on Ezine, Go articles etc (look at my previous posts for lists) and you'll get the backlinks anyway - but with no real work.
