That's a pretty loaded question, Buddy, and perhaps there are quite a few answers... and more questions. You want quick traffic? Test PPC, with Google and with FB (make sure to use retargeting tools). You want to develop a loyal readership over time? Post regularly, use social media (specifically G+) - make sure your content is relevant to your readers, fuh shuh... You may as well be asking, "What's the best way to become famous?"
