Need to make money with no or very little start up fees

I have spend so much money on start up company's with promises of making lots of money,and no selling required. I have spend over $8,000 in the past year and a half and have not made one dime.
I have done everything possible to promote, advertise, social networking, everything you can think of and still no profits to be seen.
Is there a very low cost plan out there somewhere with no hidden costs that I can make at least a little money to start with? As of last year, my husband lost his job and we are really struggling to make payments on our bills. Might have to give up one of our vehicles because of the payments if I cant find a way to make money.
Any suggestions?

- I really need something that I can earn money and then pay for my membership. I do not have enough to pay all my bills and feed us in the same month. I don't have enough debit to file bankruptcy, but I have too much that it has made my life miserable. Any help would be gratefully appropriated on where to go to get a deal like this.
