Niche News Digging - Free to Low Cost + Targeted!

Micro-trends have been a huge success play on the internet and many internet marketers have jumped on the virtual band wagon to try and pick the succulent low hanging fruit that it yielded – yet many are finding it harder and harder as of late.
Changes have occurred within the IM industry along with Google updates making it harder for the average Joe to achieve these high ranks within these niche markets, but this doesn't mean the heyday is over...No, No! You just have to get a little more creative with your campaigns by opening up your mind to niche news media sites...use and abuse these guys for awhile! Why? Because they need the attention so the services like press releases and maybe even article writing, plus advertising are all cheaper...maybe even free
Let’s face it; we all like free, but if your thinking what I am…link exchange schemes are not for me...RIGHT! Not for you either, but I have to tell you, being the editor of several Google niche news sites, I get a lot of these offers and I would never do it.
We are not discussing link exchange scams, I'm talking article writing exchange. Us little guys get a lot of traffic due to our sites are showing up on the front page of Google for major keywords like AUTO INSURANCE, but let's face it, we all love unique content and if someone wants to write a free, good article for me...I'm going to give him or her free links!!
There are other services a lot of niche news sites offer that are just cheaper and more personalized than the big guys too. Take for instance, press release distribution services. Many offer this service for hundreds of dollars, promising major results but in the long run it’s a lot of hype. If you're promoting a technology product, type in your keyword, then go to the news tab in the top bar below the Google search box. These are all Google news approved sites. Scroll through until you find one that isn't a well known, and then look for a press release service tab.
These niche news sites often have a "Write For Us" page or a low cost press release service. Some even have a cheap writing service, they'll write your press release for you and it won't break the bank.
Now you might have asked yourself, "of course it’s cheap, no one knows about it, therefore I'm not going to get any traffic!" This is not true; Google loves these niche news sites and approves their articles every day. Which in turn these little guys will show up on the front page for huge keywords like, "Technology News" or "Health Insurance"!
