wow prescription for healthy eating and fat loss. 'i want to loose weight ''i want to wear a size ten shoe'' 'i want to be slim'' these are statements i hear everyday . out of the patients that come to see me only few might say ''i want to be healthy'' a lot are out for weight loss and not fat loss at the expense of their health what i mean is that people do a lot of horrible things and drink all sorts of things in order to loose weight but at the end of it their liver, kidney ,womb and colon suffers form it.start thinking of fat and not weight loss. because a lot of things contribute to weight- muscle water ,blood ,bone mass , size of bombs etc. but fat is fat and fat in unwanted places increase the weight so our target should be war against fat and not weight. The perfect body eating plan is eating according to your activity level, eating lean protein no fat dairy products , [calcium fat foods ,soy substitutes, lots of high fiber fruits and vegetables, and whole grains ( in moderation please).it emphasizes the good you must eat and not the bad to avoid.The first thing before you start the healthy eating plan, if you have never done a cleansing before ,do one first so as to get rid of accumulated toxins that will disturb your metabolism especially if you have a lot of excess fat to loose.in order to get dramatic fat loss you should learn to count your calories .write everything that passes your hand . exercise, never skip meals , learn and know the supplement to take that aid digestion, boost metabolism and detox your system for as long as we breathe in air ,there are a lot of environmental toxins like smoke ,insecticide among others that affect our system.always include tea and apple cider vinegar in your daily diet as your daily detoxifies.also eating according to your activity is very important in shedding bad fat and not storing bad fat.what do i mean I've observe that a lot of people eat like truck pushers and sit like executives.they consume up to 4000 calories a day and not burning up to 1000 calories. whereas they need about 1500,1800,or 2000 calories depending on how active they are .     Thank you for putting out this sound advice. People too often think that if they lose weight, they will be healthy - not so! Another important aspect is one's attitude toward becoming healthier and the thoughts that one thinks about the process.
