.ORG earns $XX,XXX, the strategy revealed

I posted this in the Main Disscussion forum, but would like to have it in my blog too.
It's about how I use .org's in website flipping.
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
A around the back strategy that works well, I fell in love with the .org very quickly. Utilizing this .org strategy I have been able to get high listings for my keywords, higher page rank, more credibility, unsolicited PR5+ links, and much more.
Come on a little journey...i will show you how I build these sites
My Website Idea: A site that speaks about budgeting, and helping others budget their spending.
A simple website, nothing special, but works is when i do a search for a domain name, like helpmybudget.com it is obviously taken, but no one usually buys the .org, and when I check, helpmybudget.org is available (at this moment)
Now I have a keyword in my domain name.
Physchological factors show that people like seeing :
HelpmyBudget.org - a non-profit helping source
rather then an ebook pitching them all these strategies.
You write your content, about ten articles, spin your own content and post to article directories. Make sure to have more content ideas because you should update the site with a new article every two days.
readers of article directories like to see a resource box with the .org as an information source, just seeing it indicates trust.
This next step is to find some authors that are in these article directories of the same niche. Copy and paste their content into another section of your website, something like "More Resources"
Send an email to them asking for permission to use the article, and asking if they would like to spin their own article to create better search engine content, you have his resource box intact and so it becomes a win/win situation.
30-40% of the time, the author i contacted sends me a new article, and now I have real original content from an expert, this aids my credibility.
Do your bookmarking, social networking, and all other methods to SEO.
Build a list of other websites providing information sources on the topic. Your website should have the ten original articles you wrote, maybe 3-5 author articles that they wrote, and 4-5 articles that you have added.
With that list, email website owners, product owners, etc, etc, lookign for a link exchange, you organization should have Resource Links section, so your link farm will look professional.
Now, heres the big kicker, you need to try your best to get a link from Wikipedia...
with the inbound and outbound links you have setup, 20-30 articles that you have had, try to get a link on Wikipedia for your keyword, it drives 1,000's upon 1,000's of real unique targetted traffic.
You now have to monetize in a unique way, remember, we are a non-profit. However, in reality a non-profit is simply a business that does not have a profit, but the owners of this non-profit do receive a paycheck. I usually give myself a 25% paycheck, and put 75% of the money back into the organization for articles, SEO, PPC, etc, etc.
This strategy indirectly helps you budget your business better because the more money I usually invest back into the non profit will produce a higher 25% each month.
I monetize with a mailing list, reccomended products, and sometimes my very own depending on the niche.
Memberships and Communities work well.
Now... at this point I usually sell the site for $X,XXX-$XX,XXX
It is about three month gig.

Nice ideas LMC -- I will have to remember them
I do have a question for you. How do you go about getting a link from Wikipedia? You mention that at a certain point you work towards getting a link from Wikipedia, but call me a Wikipedia newb... I am not sure how to monetize Wikipedia. Ya, I know how to use Wikipedia and search it's database, but am clueless how you go about getting a link from Wikipedia.
Thanks
