We are CEREBRAL STUDIOS, a graphics design studio in the Philippines. We have been doing medium sized but hi-end graphics works here in Manila for 5 years now mainly for TV networks and production houses. And we have finally decided it’s time to bring our services to the web, and we introducing our services first to this forum which we believe is the best place to start after almost two months of studying this market.
