Hi guys,
today I'd like to talk about a cool tactic that is probably the best way to get optins on a non-optin page. Ie. to get optins on your blog, while your readers are just enjoying your lovely and useful content or even on your sneaky sales letter while they read about your cool product.
And the thing I'm talking about is called SlideUps. SlideUp is a small script that enables you "slide" your optin box from below the screen. Here's the link to the script that enables you to do that. To see an example of that, just wait til it slides up from the bottom of your screen:

This script is really priced steep - at $67! And I think that's really overly priced. So here's what you should do to get your hands on that script:
1. Go to rentacoder and post a project saying "I need a simple script like the on on this page..."
2. Explain in your post that you want to be able to do exactly what the script on http://www.instantslideup.com/ does and that the job of the chosen programer will be to figure out how it works.
3. And state that you are willing to pay no more than $30
4. Pick the one who bidded below $30 and has good ratings.
Then you need to design the graphic to put it in your SlideUp.
The best way to do it is to hire the same person who designed your blog or sales page.
If nobody did that, or you bought a template, than search WF to find graphic designers and hire someone to get it done for you.
The reason this works so well is because it's not intrusive and annoying like standard popups, but it gets attention.
To get even more attention, choose an attention grabbing color - like red.
