This blog is for those who are interested in giving up those cigarettes. I smoked for 49 years and never missed a day, (unless I was in the hospital). I am now into my third week and still going strong. This is a blog to help others give up the habit an the cravings for cigarettes. If I can do it, so can you. Feel free to post to the blog even if you have given up cigarettes. Help others as they post questions on how to break the habit. Yes, I use patches to help with the cravings, but that does not break the habit. The patches only take away the nicotine desire from the body. The habit is like your morning cup of coffee and having a cigarette with it. Or having a cigarette after eating. The desire for a cigarette may not be there with the morning cup of coffee, but the habit is there. Lets help one and all who come to this blog. More to come later
