Admin Options Every day I have been reading 1 chapter of the "Formula" and giving it time to sink in.
The 4th chapter really talked to me....wow! A couple years ago everyday I would run 2 - 5 miles
with 1 day off in the week. I was in shape mentally, physicaly,spiritully and happy.
I let the stress of life and issures get in the way...I slipped away into not a very good place.
