More on caring … A service provider may be very knowledgeable and know his or her work inside out, however, people will not care about this until they shows that he or she cares. To have many loyal supporting customers one has to have a high degree of caring… We should show our clients that we care for them as people rather than just as e.g.buyers.

You should get more personal when interacting with your customers and address them with their names as far as practical, as well as encourage them to address you by your name. Your customers should come to know, like and trust you well because people give support e.g. buy from those whom they know, like and trust.Thus you have to build a caring relationship with customers in order to prosper in business.
