Why I Will Not Buy From JVZOO Anymore
Sadly, customer service is not high on the agenda at Jvzoo.
A few days ago I made a purchase at Jvzoo of a plr product I can resell. Truth is I only want one piece of the plr the rest of it is useless to me. I made the purchase and was directed to a hostgator suspended page. I tried contacting the seller on multiple channels. I mean a product download page that is suspended, not very nice. "Buyer Beware", really in 2014?
After no response from the seller, I notified JVZOO support.
They did respond after several hours that they have same contact information for the seller as me. They also closed the ticket.
I like closing a ticket when I feel its resolved. I made a purchase in JVZOO and did not receive what I paid for and that is fraud unless i am mistaken. I just want my download or my money back its the principle. If you offer me an apple and I pay what you asked give me my apple.
As a customer I feel JVZOO has no trust as an online store, if I can not get my product and they just pass the buck. I am amazed they are still in business.
I truly hope no one here conducts business like this.

- I know how you feel I recently bought a plr product from jvzoo less then a moth ago. In fairness to jvzoo, I have not tried to contact them cause they have policy that make them moderator between vendors and customers, the top selling marketplace, clickbank..
I received my product in part but am not happy with some minor issue which I have been trying to resolve. I got 1 response which I resolved on my end as requested. And now I get no response from the vendor at all when I contact them to complete the resolution of the issue.
