Some people don't understand the word "Leads"

Hi all
Today did a post in my blog about "leads" trying to explain them to my visitors. Over here, Portugal, a lot of business owners don't understand the power of the internet to bring them new leads everyday.
Some of them still believe all they need is a website and leads will come. They don't think about convertions, sales funnel, customer management after a sale, etc etc.
Hard work over here, *fighting* some issues with local business owners and/or their managers.
Leads equals money, people!
No new leads, no new customers, no more money!
