Revamping my Affiliate Marketing Site

It's insane when you think about it, I started two years ago, without a clue, and now, my affiliate marketing site (http://www.mynetmarketingland.com) is right on Google Front page, I own my products and promote other people's stuff in the backend.
Until now, my affiliate programs site was promoting other people products, but I've just changed it to sell my affilliate marketing training.
Heck, I earned $1,600 from just one email last week, so I know a bit about list building and backend stuff.
I don't have a gigantic list... What most people don't understand is how to develop trust with their list.
It's not really difficult. Just threat your subscribers like you would treat your friends. In fact, many of my subscribers are my offline friends. I tell to anyone who want to earn money on the Internet to subscribe to my list.
I really have to deliver quality, otherwise, they'll get me!
